Infosys Is Scheduled To Report Its Results For The Quarter Ended

Infosys is scheduled to report its results for the quarter ended June on July 14, Friday, the IT major said in a statement on Thursday.

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held at the Registered Office on July 13 and 14, 2017 to consider audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries as per Indian Accounting Standards for the quarter ending June 30, 2017.

The board will also consider audited standalone financial results of the Company as per lndAS for the quarter 'ending June 30, 2017. The financial results of the IT major will be approved by the board on July 14.
