Asia stocks rise, dollar eases as Yellen green

Asian stocks rose to a five-week high on Tuesday after U.S. Central bank Chair Janet Yellen gave a to a great extent playful evaluation of the U.S. monetary standpoint, while the dollar declined on facilitating desires of loan cost increments in coming months.
