Closing Bell: Nifty Ends Above 11,900, Sensex Up 248 Points

Sensex was up 248.57 points at 39683.29, while the Nifty was up 80.70 points at 11924.80.
Tata Steel, Yes Bank, and L&T were the top gainers on the Nifty, while Reliance Industries, Tech Mahindra and Bharti Airtel were the major losers.
