The Indian rupee on Wednesday strengthened along with global markets after the US and China agreed to resume trade talks. The rupee traded at 69.56 a dollar, up 0.19% from its previous close of 69.69. The Indian had currency opened at 69.57 a dollar. Global markets rallied after Beijing and Washington said Presidents Xi Jinping and Donald Trump will meet at the G-20 summit next week.
